From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional--attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our waiter helped us navigate the menu and made perfect wine pairings for each dish. The food was superb! The spaghetti alla carbonara was rich and creamy, while the margherita pizza had a crispy, charred crust with fresh, vibrant toppings. The ambiance was cozy yet sophisticated, with soft lighting and rustic decor that made us feel transported to Italy. We'll definitely be coming back!

I have to recommend this place. This is definitely a gem in the Source plaza. The plaza is known for Korean style food and deserts. Next time you visit, give this Korean Italian a try. Everything from the salad, bread, pizza, noodles and the steak are top notch. Pizza - simple and simply good. It doesn't rely on the extra toppings or heavy sauce. The dough and the main ingredient do the work. Pasta - OMG. They are so good. Especially sauce is very fusion like. Each pasta is one of the kind. I would recommend to share a little pizza before the pasta because the pastas are extremely flavorful. Salad- must try the mushroom salad. Steak - check my pics. They are perfectly cooked and glazed. I would come back for more!

Cute brunch/lunch place inside this mall. Lots of parking. Place is on the Second Floor. Has a huge balcony to sit outside, service was nice. I was impressed with how creamy and flavorful Di mare pomodoro & Gamberi Rosa/ shrimp pasta was. The flat bread is served and it came out extremely hot and fresh!!! I would definitely come back here.

I'm so happy they finally reopened this place. I've been wanting to try this place for a while but it was closed for some reason and now it's back open! I ordered their Gorgonzola pizza w honey (highly recommend) & their shrimp rose pasta (also highly recommend). These dishes reminded me of what they'd sell in the hip streets of Seoul. Everything was very delicious and the price was typical of an italian restaurant.

This restaurant makes pizza for another restaurant inside the Mall called The Source. The receipt says TNN Tang & Noodle House but the other restaurant makes it and we pick it up from the one we ordered it from. TNN Has a variety of Korean food which they make there. I can't believe how patient the order taker was with me. The restaurant was clean and we ate outside at a table under an umbrella. The pizza was so delicious. It was a really nice experience. If you want a relaxing time where everyone is warm and friendly go to The Source. It's a great mall and they have many steps where people can sit down and just hang out. Everyone wears a mask but not when they eat. My server was Rina and she made my visit enjoyable.

Il Palco is technically open during this whole pandemic, well "kind of". If you visit the 3rd floor, head towards the restaurant Magal near CGV, where they are currently operating about five other restaurants at the moment. There are tons of tables outside to sit down and enjoy your food. You can order from anything on the menu, disregarding which restaurant it is from because they are handling/cooking all the foods at their location. I was craving some authentic pizza for a while now, and I didn't know any of the pizza names so I just settled for the only one I knew and have been wanting to try for quite some time now which was the margherita. I noticed on Yelp, that they have a pizza with prosciutto which looked so good... but next time. I was told that the food will take about 30 minutes due to being very busy today which I was alright with, but it came out earlier than expected. Pizza dough was nice and crispy and flat just how I wanted it, and the sauce was also so good. Cheese however cooled down so quickly that it wasn't gooey, but nonetheless it was still really good. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. The cashier walked to each table apologizing to us all out of the blue saying that she was a bit busy today so she was sorry if everything didn't turn out as we expected, but her service was above and beyond! Everything from the service to the food was 5 stars. Definitely will come back and try other things on the menu.

Such a nice Italian restaurant in a new shopping mall in Buena Park, place it self looks like one of those restaurants and bars in DTLA. We came in for an early dinner, it was very rare that I agreed to eat Italian cause Italian is my least favorite cuisine next to middle eastern cuisine. We were seated at bar and lounge area, the half booth was spacious and comfy enough. I ordered a pitcher of red sangria which was strong but needed more fruits in there. Hubby had Grey Goode martini very dry which was a great pour. For food we decided on mushroom pizza, squid ink fettuccine with clams and scallops, also steak cube fettuccine in cream white sauce. The pizza was very yummy with generous amount of mushrooms and I really like all mushrooms. My squid ink pasta was dry with very little sauce in it, hubby's pasta was much more flavorful and juicy. The steak cube was a bit overcooked for rare but still acceptable. I left out most of the pasta in my plate and peeled mushrooms and cheese off pizza crusts to avoid too much gluten from this meal. Wish they had gluten free pasta or pizza crusts available! Food was a bit bland to my liking but still delicious enough in large portions. Everything came out pretty fast so that was good cause I was very hungry. Service was very friendly and attentive, the restaurant was getting packed real fast late afternoon on a Sunday. It's interesting to see many nice restaurants and bars are popping out in Buena Park these days. If you like Italian I recommend this modern trendy restaurant and bar for either date nights or just comfort meals.

Italian food is probably my least favorite cuisine. Other than this place, I've only dined at one other Italian restaurant this entire year, and nothing for at least past five years. However, I've been curious about this place since it opened so decided to finally give it a try. This place definitely appears to be on the high-end, and has a pretty fancy decor. As several reviewers have mentioned, it is on the pricey side, although I didn't think it was unreasonable given the quality of food and good ambience. It has a full bar and a nice outside patio which is partially covered. Complimentary bread was unique and tasty. It was more like a flatbread than a typical bread you get at most other Italian places. It was piping hot when it came out, and came with a side of oil & vinegar. Since I don't like pasta or pizza, I went with Bistecca Di Controfilletto (rib eye steak). The steak was juicy even though I ordered it medium. I generally find some parts of a steak that's tough to chew, but this one didn't have any. Every part was tender and flavorful. It was served with a little bit of mashed potato, bacon, and grilled veggies (cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, and broccolini). I tasted a little bit of my wife's Basil Shrimp Linguine. which actually was pretty decent for a pasta dish. It had a little bit of spiciness due to chili pepper, which helped break up some of the richness of the butter sauce in the dish. Service was ok but nothing over the top. I expected a little more from a place of this level. Order was taken in a timely manner and our food came out within expected timeframe, but no one came to check on us during our meal. I ran out of water during my meal but no one came by to refill it. I will most likely come back, but would like to see more non-pasta items and some fish dishes. I'm not sure if we received a limited menu because we came during lunch time. It's located on the third floor at The Source, near CGV movie theater.
